Designation: Assistant Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Managing corporate client accounts and achieving sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in HORECA channel
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders and contracts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Mentor junior sales team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of sale experience in food industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Driving License, short notice, bilingual
Team Player, Good Personality and with Great Initiatives
Designation: Picker
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack goods accurately to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner
Ensure the goods are in good condition and meet delivery requirements before handover
Storekeeping, ensuring the workplace is kept clean and the goods are placed in the correct designated storage areas
Follow workplace safety and operational procedures
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications:
Familiar with warehouse storing, picking and packing
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift heavy goods, like 25kg
Preferably possess a forklift license (Not a must)
Able to start work immediately or short notice
